I have failed to find any other way to contact you guys, so I hope this gets routed to the right people.
I'm running WinXP and Windows Media Player 11 on two different system, one here at my work, and another at home. Both systems have the exact same issue, and it has nothing to do with a firewall, I've already hunted down that avenue...
I wouldn't be writing this if I wasn't already at my wits end on this. I really want to use your service, but I'm unable except for the first few minutes that I use the add-on for WMP.
If I hide the bar, it will never come back up unless I uninstall and reinstall the entire toolbar.
It consistently drops connection and never re-connects. Until the next day I try it again, and it will work for a few minutes again. It always shows the 'No network access' message.
Like I said, I can use it for about a minute, and then it just craps out on me.
I'd also love to recommend this to my readers, but so far, I can't. Any ideas I might try to correct this???

I can't exactly tell since when, but my iLike sidebar now always shows "The iLike Sidebar has no network access" message. All my other connections to internet work. No console message that can explain this issue. I have zapped and reinstalled the latest bundle - no success. I really used a lot this Sidebar in the past, with no issue at all. Could this be due to some router/NAT configuration problem? Please help! Thanks!
